Before you ask
Is there a room hire fee?
Not on six of our seven spaces. The minimum spend goes into food and drink rather than being charged on top. The Beer Garden is the exception — it’s a flat $100 an hour with a four hour minimum, and no minimum spend.
What’s the minimum spend?
It depends on the space and the size of your group. The Green Room runs from $3,500 for 50–60 guests up to $5,000 for 90–120. The Green Man’s Arms Dining Room starts at $6,000. The Bowie Room and both front bars have no minimum spend, though one can apply at Green Man’s Arms on peak dates.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
The Green Room takes a $500 deposit to hold the date, refunded within 48 hours after your event as long as there’s no damage. The Bowie Room and both front bars have no booking fee at all.
Can I bring my own food or cake?
Cake yes, with a $50 cakeage fee — and in the Green Room that fee can come off your minimum spend. No outside catering, but between three kitchens including a fully vegan one, there’s a lot to choose from.
Can I decorate, or bring a photo booth?
Yes. Photo booths, trivia hosts, decorations, custom cocktails — tell us what you have in mind and we’ll work it out. We also have a photographer we can put you on to.
